Juan Arana

Juan brings over 13 years of experience managing heavy civil, utility, roadway, bridge, marine, and site development projects in the Southeast. Throughout his career, he has held roles including Field Engineer, Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Project Manager, overseeing complex public and private infrastructure projects ranging from $15 million to over $100 million for clients including state DOT's, USACE, SFWMD, municipalities, and private owners. A South Florida native, Juan earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.

Manny Pacin

Emmanuel “Manny” Pacin is a seasoned heavy civil construction executive with more than 25 years of leadership in infrastructure, utilities, marine construction, earthwork, and site development projects across the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has managed complex operations ranging from field execution to high-level project oversight, combining hands-on construction knowledge with executive leadership and business ownership experience. Manny has contributed to more than 50 federal and state infrastructure projects and is recognized for operational efficiency, accountability, and delivering quality results under demanding conditions.

Business Development Manager

Ashley Pacin is a former CEO and business owner with executive leadership experience in the transportation and petroleum industries. Throughout her career, she managed operations, commercial relationships, and strategic growth initiatives within fast-paced and highly competitive markets, developing a strong foundation in business development, client relations, communication, and operational management. Known for her professionalism and relationship-driven approach, Ashley brings extensive experience working with commercial clients, managing day-to-day operations, and building long-term industry partnerships.
